Core Legal Disclaimer
EuroVisa Group coordinates immigration processes in collaboration with licensed local lawyers. We do not provide legal advice directly and we do not guarantee immigration outcomes. Each case is assessed individually and is subject to applicable laws and government decisions.
EuroVisa Group does not sell passports, nationality, citizenship, residence permits, visas or legal status. Citizenship and naturalisation depend entirely on applicable national laws, eligibility requirements and government decisions.
1. Role of EuroVisa Group
EuroVisa Group is an international immigration and mobility consultancy. It coordinates immigration processes on behalf of clients by working with licensed local lawyers and other qualified professionals in relevant European jurisdictions. EuroVisa Group is not a law firm and does not hold itself out as one.
The role of EuroVisa Group is limited to coordination, communication management, documentation organisation and process facilitation. EuroVisa Group does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation or any other activity that constitutes the practice of law in any jurisdiction.
2. Role of Licensed Local Lawyers
Legal advice, legal review, legal representation and the formal submission of immigration applications are carried out by licensed local lawyers in each relevant country. These lawyers are independent professionals who practise within the regulatory framework of their respective bar associations or equivalent professional bodies.
EuroVisa Group does not employ these lawyers and does not direct their professional conduct. The legal relationship between a client and any licensed lawyer introduced through EuroVisa Group's coordination is governed by the applicable professional conduct rules of the relevant jurisdiction.
3. No Guarantee of Immigration Outcomes
EuroVisa Group does not guarantee and cannot guarantee any immigration outcome, including but not limited to:
- Visa approval of any type
- Residence permit approval
- Work permit approval
- Family reunification approval
- Business permit or self-employment authorisation
- Special permit approval
- Any other immigration or administrative decision
All immigration decisions are made by the relevant government authorities in each country under applicable national law. These decisions are outside the control of EuroVisa Group, any licensed lawyer or any other private entity.
4. No Guarantee of Citizenship or Nationality
EuroVisa Group does not sell, issue or guarantee citizenship, nationality or any related legal status. Citizenship and naturalisation in European countries are legal statuses granted by sovereign national governments under their own laws. They are not products that can be purchased from or guaranteed by any consultancy or legal professional.
Any representation suggesting that citizenship can be purchased, guaranteed or expedited through unofficial means should be treated as seriously misleading. EuroVisa Group does not engage in or facilitate such representations.
5. No Sale of Immigration Documents
EuroVisa Group does not sell, issue, reproduce or facilitate the fraudulent creation of any immigration document, including visas, residence permits, work permits, passports, national identity documents or any other official document. Any such activity is illegal and entirely outside the scope of EuroVisa Group's activities.
6. Case-by-Case Assessment
Every case submitted to EuroVisa Group for consideration is assessed individually. EuroVisa Group does not process cases on a standardised or guaranteed basis. The fact that one client's case has been accepted for coordination does not imply that another client's case will be accepted. Cases that do not meet basic eligibility criteria are declined without continuation.
7. No Guaranteed Timelines
EuroVisa Group does not guarantee processing timelines for any immigration application. Processing times are determined by government authorities and are subject to change based on workload, policy and individual case factors outside the control of EuroVisa Group or any legal professional involved.

EuroVisa Group is not affiliated with, approved by, accredited by or connected to any government, embassy, consulate, ministry, immigration authority or official body of any country. EuroVisa Group does not have any special access to government immigration systems, consular channels or authority decisions.
