Applicants based in the UAE or Gulf can still explore European immigration pathways. European immigration law assesses applicants based on their nationality, educational and professional background, objective, and applicable legal criteria — not based on where they currently live.

Citizenship and naturalisation depend entirely on national laws, the applicant's eligibility, their legal residence history, integration criteria, clean background record, and the sole discretion of the relevant government authority.

Citizenship is a long-term process that typically requires years of prior lawful residence in the relevant European country. It is not relevant for most applicants at the beginning of their immigration journey.

The cost of any coordination service depends on the country, visa category, service type, the complexity of the individual case, and the involvement of licensed local lawyers. These factors vary significantly between cases.

Costs are discussed and confirmed only after an individual case has been reviewed and a viable pathway has been identified. We do not quote prices before knowing the specifics of a case, as any figure provided without that context would be unreliable.

Not every profile is viable and not every case is accepted. EuroVisa Group reviews each case individually and proceeds only where a realistic lawful pathway exists under applicable European law.

Profiles may not be viable for various reasons: lack of required qualifications, absence of a necessary employment offer, insufficient financial means, prior immigration violations, or simply the absence of any legal pathway that matches the applicant's situation. When a case is not viable, the applicant is told clearly. We do not create false expectations or continue processes that have no lawful basis.

Processing timelines vary by country, case type and documentation readiness. Processing times depend on the specific country, the type of visa or permit being processed, the workload of the relevant government authorities, the completeness of the applicant's documentation, and factors outside anyone's control.

EuroVisa Group provides realistic process orientation based on country and case type, while helping applicants prepare documents and communication in an organised way.

If your case is assessed and found to be not legally viable — either at initial assessment or after legal review with a licensed local lawyer — you will be informed clearly and honestly. The process will not continue.

EuroVisa Group filters cases carefully and does not proceed with cases that lack a realistic lawful basis. We do not charge fees for processes that have not passed assessment. We do not create false expectations to secure payments, and we do not promise to find a way around a non-viable case. Tourist visas — including Schengen short-stay visas — are temporary travel authorisations. They do not grant work rights, residence rights, or any immigration status in Europe. A tourist visa cannot be converted into a work permit or long-term residence permit from within the Schengen Area.

EuroVisa Group may assist with documentation preparation and process guidance for tourist visa applications, but this is a distinct and limited service. Approval is the sole decision of the relevant embassy or consulate, and EuroVisa Group cannot guarantee tourist visa approval or influence embassy decisions.

If your primary objective is to work or live in Europe long-term, a tourist visa is not the appropriate pathway. We will always advise applicants clearly on what type of process matches their objective.
